Recovered and first bottled varietally by Vouni Panayia in the Paphos district. Fuller and more textural than Xynisteri, with stone fruit, honeysuckle and better ageing potential. Small plantings but genuinely commercial, and one of the varieties Cypriot producers themselves rate most highly.
